Magnum House

Magnum House is a seven storey listed building located in Manchester City Centre. 

Airtech were awarded the contract to supply, install and commission a new Mitsubishi VRF air conditioning system with associated mechanical services; including a gas fired air handling unit to provide fresh air ventilation, a car park ventilation system and toilet extract systems throughout the building.  

A PC based controls system will be installed, providing energy monitoring capabilities and zoned floor by floor control.
