Warwick House

Warwick House is a 4 storey office building located in Bury.  As part of a refurbishment programme, Airtech were commissioned to provide a new Sanyo VRF Heat Recovery air conditioning system, plus modifications to the existing fresh air ventilation system. 

Works included full in-house design to meet CIBSE current recommendations with the production of HEVACOMP calculations; design drawings and information relevant to Part L Building Regulations Approval.
