Airtech won this design and build scheme, comprising decommission of redundant plant complete with supply, installation and commissioning of Mitsubishi Electric VRF Air Conditioning complete with Heat Recovery Ventilation.

Airtech carried out HEVACOMP calculations on which to base new equipment selections and allowed for reconfiguration of existing systems complete with installation of additional equipment proposed to suit new layouts.

Air Conditioning

The existing office space was served by Daikin air conditioning units. These systems were stripped out in their entirety and new Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning systems were designed and installed to serve the refurbished open plan office space.
New units installed are concealed ducted type c/w swirl diffusers.

Ventilation

The second-floor office space is currently served with mechanical supply and extract ventilation via Daikin HRV units. All systems were modified to suit the new open plan layout and systems were rebalanced.

Controls

A new Mitsubishi AE-200 Centralised Controller was supplied and installed.
